I honestly never thought it would happen, but Zack Snyder's original vision for JUSTICE LEAGUE will become a reality as it was announced just days ago that Snyder's cut of the film will debut on the HBO Max streaming service next year. While we obviously still have a bit of a wait ahead of us, we may be getting a glimpse into Snyder's vision for JUSTICE LEAGUE sooner than we think in the form of a trailer.

Zack Snyder has been answering questions from fans on his Vero account, and the director was asked if we could expect a trailer for the new cut of the film; Snyder's response – "I'm working on it." In regards to whether the trailer might drop anytime soon, Snyder merely responded with a smiling sunglasses emoji. Take that as you will. I'd reckon that there are quite a few of you who are eager for anything JUSTICE LEAGUE-related that Snyder might release, so we'll be keeping an eye out. In the meantime, we'll have to make due with the original JUSTICE LEAGUE trailer which dropped during Comic-Con 2016, before Snyder stepped down as director.

"I want to thank HBO Max and Warner Brothers for this brave gesture of supporting artists and allowing their true visions to be realized. Also a special thank you to all of those involved in the SnyderCut movement for making this a reality," said Snyder in WarnerMedia's press-release. Given that the announcement is still fairly new, we don't know exactly what form Zack Snyder's JUSTICE LEAGUE will take as there have been rumblings that it could either arrive as a four-hour director's cut or even as a six-episode TV series. Snyder is currently assembling much of the original post-production crew in order to get the film into shape, which includes rediting, rescoring, and completing VFX work. There has even been talk of bringing back many of the actors to record additional dialogue. In regards to how much all this will cost, it's expected to cost the studio somewhere between $20-$30 million to complete. "It will be an entirely new thing, and, especially talking to those who have seen the released movie, a new experience apart from that movie," Snyder said. "You probably saw one-fourth of what I did."
