Whether you still have a bug up your ass about Tom Cruise
(and even if you do, you gotta give the man his props for still
remaining a great actor and mucho cool under pressure — remember
this incident?), he continues to make movies that interest me
personally, including the latest installment of the MISSION
IMPOSSIBLE series, which I’m not afraid to admit, is one of my
favorite ongoing thriller franchises (I even liked the original one, which
I’ve grown to appreciate even more over the years). And yeah, I even had a
good time during John Woo’s attempt, as well as JJ Abrams shot a few years
ago. This time around, Pixar’s Brad Bird is behind the lens for his first
live-action directing gig, while the always-interesting Jeremy Renner
joins the cast. This first (bootleg) look at the film’s French trailer is
jampacked with action, international locales and of course…Tom Cruise
running his ass off!! Check it out below and let’s hope that the studio
will release an American non-bootleg trailer soon enough. And yeah…I choose
to accept this mission, yo!
