Wubba lubba dub dub! Attention all of you pinball wizards and silver ball slingers out there, Rick and Morty are getting their own pinball machine!
While details about the machine are scarce at this time, we do know that Benton, Wisconsin-based pinball company, Spooky Pinball, are in charge of bringing Rick and Morty's madcap adventures to the field made of flippers, bumpers, and multi-ball madness. Earlier this week, Spooky debuted a video teasing the machine, which has yet to reveal its official release date. In the video, Spooky provides us with a glimpse of the game's concept art, in addition to featuring voice work from Justin Roiland, the show’s co-creator and the voice of both Rick and Morty. When the machine hits, it's to be suspected that the game will feature several characters from the RICK AND MORTY series, each giving their own unique spin on all the silver ball action.
What do you think should be included in the Spooky Pinball Rick and Morty machine? Should the ball-launcher be in the shape of a high-tech blaster gun? Will the table transform to reveal other dimensions during bonus rounds? Will Pickle Rick be a primary feature on the table? Will the game feature a swirling vortex at the center of the playfield? I have so many questions! Hopefully, it won't be long before we have some answers, as I would imagine that the game is set to debut sometime next year. Now, I don't know that for sure, but Spooky Pinball should probably strike while the RICK AND MORTY iron is still hot, amiright?
We'll be sure to keep you updated with regard to any details for Spooky Pinball's RICK AND MORTY pinball machine.
