I guess films these days don’t necessarily have to be good to get a sequel, as the under whelming film WRONG TURN has spawned a sequel, appropriately titled WRONG TURN 2: DEAD END. The release date of the sequel has been announced and the film will be hitting DVD shelves on October 9th. An official pic from the film has also been released (pictured above) and it’s too bad Henry Rollins isn’t in the pic, he’s pretty much the only reason I might see the damn thing.
WRONG TURN 2: DEAD END once again takes us into the woods of some backwards part of the country, this time the victims-to-be is a television crew filming a survival show (of all things), and they are of course hunted, killed, and eaten by members of a mutant inbred family.
