It was only last week when we hit you with the latest sales poster for the upcoming GALLOWWALKERS, a long-delayed western-horror film starring Wesley Snipes. Today we have word that the film has been picked up for distribution.
VMI Worldwide announced that it has sold North American rights to GALLOWWALKERS to Wrekin Hill Entertainment, as well as Japan to Presidio and the Middle-East to Phoenicia.
VMI president André Relis was excited about the deal, stating,
“Wesley is officially back in the US, and soon the rest of the world, as we are meeting our EFM goal to reintroduce him to the audiences with GALLOWWALKERS.”
GALLOWWALKERS, starring Wesley Snipes, is directed and written by Andrew Goth and Joanne Ray, executive produced and produced by Jack Bowyer and produced by Courtney Lauren Penn, and Brandon Burrows of Boundless Pictures.
GALLOWWALKERS is the story of a mysterious gunman, Aman (Snipes), the son of a nun, who breaks her covenant with God to ensure his survival. Her break with God curses her son to be hunted by all those who die by his hand – When he takes revenge on a gang that murdered his love, the gang rises as a cursed crew of undead warriors and hunt him mercilessly, seeking their ‘dying’ revenge.
We’ll keep you updated to a release date for GALLOWWALKERS as soon as we hear it.
