After fifteen years, Jason Statham and Guy Ritchie, the director who discovered him in Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels have finally re-teamed for the much-anticipated Wrath of Man! A remake of the french film Cash Truck, Statham stars as a mysterious armored truck employee who seems a little too comfortable foiling robberies and dispatching baddies. While it probably strikes many as a more assembly line effort than expected for Ritchie, don't be fooled. The film is as ambitious as anything he's ever made, with a terrific second half that partially deconstructs the genre while also delivering on the max firepower you'd expect.
