Highoctane Pictures, known for such pictures as THE JURASSIC GAMES, INFERNO: SKYSCRAPER ESCAPE, and THE UNICORN ADVENTURE, comes a new psychological horror film, DEMONS INSIDE ME. Here's the official synopsis:
A group of rich playboys travel to Costa Rica to party, and hook up with girls. Tossed aside by her boyfriend and isolated by the group, Jade spirals into a psychotic episode. As she fights the ghosts of her past, demonic creatures emerge from the jungle to claim the lives of those around her one by one.
The trailer for DEMONS INSIDE ME does seem to at least be playing with some interesting ideas, as well as some disturbing visuals despite an obviously low-budget. And, hell, I've heard nothing but good things about their Netflix documentary, POWER OF GRAYSKULL: THE DEFINITIVE HISTORY OF HE-MAN, so who knows? Even a stopped clock is right twice a day.
Meanwhile, DEMONS INSIDE ME – which stars Morgan Kohan (WHEN HOPE CALLS), Sebastien Pigott (SLASHER), Drew Nelson (THE STRAIN), and directed by Alexandre Carrière – will be released on VOD later this year.
