Like many of you, I recently picked up season 2 of HBO’s Game of Thrones on blu-ray and settled into a nice little marathon since. However, for those who didn’t pick it up and have only seen the first run and want to get a refresh on all the evil games of Westeros in season 2, this 14-minute recap should do the trick. Shit, even if you’ve seen season 2 numerous times this is well worth a look. The recap is guided with interviews from the cast and crew, who summarize the events over the footage, which makes for a much more interesting trip. The world of author George R.R. Martin is set to grace the small screen at the end of the month, so now’s the perfect time to get your names, locations, and dirty deeds straight.
Settle in:
I’m not going to go on a long tirade about how great the show is. It’s my favorite show on television, so that should be enough and that’s coming from someone who’s read all the books. Usually, that situation works in reverse.
