It’s been a hot minute in Hell’s Kitchen since Daredevil/Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) got his own solo show on Netflix. The second season in 2016 was followed by THE DEFENDERS last year, and things didn’t exactly end on the peachiest of notes for him on that show. But now the Devil is back, and as he cleans up the streets with a bloody fist he will come face to face with his arch nemesis, Wilson Fisk (Vincent D'Onofrio), who makes a rather stylish return in this new season three teaser.

We last saw Fisk when he was in prison in season two of DAREDEVIL, where he has been stewing, plotting, and wondering which suit he will wear first when he gets out. Hint: He wears a white one that may look familiar to those who have read comics featuring the large baddie. Luckily, he made that choice, as the white clashes nicely with the black Murdock has going on – taking on the duds of his pre-costumed vigilante persona.
The last few seasons of Netflix/Marvel shows have been hit and miss for me, but with DD season three I think there will be a return to glory for this R-rated branch-off of the MCU. D’Onofrio’s Fisk is one of the best villains in the entire series (movies and TV), and his return is a sight for sore eyes, and our own Paul Shirey, who has gotten to see some episodes of the show, says this season is the best of Marvel shows by a long shot.

But when his archenemy Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) is released from prison, Matt must choose between hiding from the world or embracing his destiny as a hero.
