It's been awhile since we've heard from ASSASSIN'S CREED, but the viral marketing campaign for the Michael Fassbender-led video game adaptation from his MACBETH director Justin Kurzel has kicked off in the form of a website for Abstergo Industries, the corporation who developed the technology that allows people to relive their “genetic memories."

A new banner has also been released (pictured above), and yesterday the movie's official Twitter feed posted an image of a business card for Abstergo CEO Alan Rikkin. Here's the message you'll receive if you call the number on the card:

Hello, you’ve reached the voicemail of Alan Rikkin. I’ll be out of the office on business until March 25 with limited availability.

March 25 just so happens to be the same day that BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE is scheduled to opened, which has led to speculation that the first ASSASSIN'S CREED trailer might debut with the comic book movie. The voice on the phone also sounds like Jeremy Irons, who appears in both films. Obviously this doesn't mean the trailer will definitely premiere with BATMAN V SUPERMAN, but it's certainly a possibility. What would you like to see in the first trailer?

ASSASSIN'S CREED will be in theaters on December 21, 2016.
