Ex. Cast interviews, London premiere adventures & more for Bohemian Rhapsody

Last month I flew to London to attend the junket for BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY, as well as attend the Queen-themed Carnaby Street Lighting and world premiere of the film at Wembley Arena, the same location that the film's finale takes place in a brilliant recreation of their Live Aid performance in 1985. Aside from getting trapped in an anti-Brexit demonstration on my way to the hotel, it was a really great experience and as fitting a tribue to the band and Freddie Mercury as one could hope. I sat down with star Rami Malek, Lucy Boynton, Gwilym Lee, Ben Hardy, Joseph Mazzello and Allen Leech, as well as producer Graham King to discuss the challenges of bringing this story to life, as well as why Queen's music stands the test of time. Look for an appearance from the real Brian May and Roger Taylor at the Carnaby Street Lighting and you can even catch Mike Myers talking about being in the film during the premiere as I pan around to capture the 7,000 people in attendance. Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy?

BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY is now in theaters. I dug it a lot in my review, while Chris Bumbray had more mixed feelings in his, but we both agreed that it's a great celebration of Queen's music.
