Well, here it is boys and gals. The official SCREAM 4 trailer has just been posted and it looks like it’s headed for a new direction. Director Wes Craven is saving up the red stuff for later of course but it’s still nice to know that there will be some after all. After Craven’s latest attempt at 3D horror (MY SOUL TO TAKE 3D) one can only hope that this is real deal this time. C’mon Craven, don’t let us down!

Carving theatergoers April 15th, 2011 – SCREAM 4 continues the horror series that reignited the genre and grossed more than $500 Million worldwide is back! From Wes Craven and Kevin Williamson, creators of the original Scream trilogy, the new film sees the return of cast members Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox Arquette and David Arquette, along with a group of new stars, including Emma Roberts and Hayden Panettiere, who can all hopefully stay alive long enough to figure out the new rules to this one-of-a-kind horror franchise!

Rory Culkin, Marielle Jaffe, Marley Shelton, Mary McDonnell, Anthony Anderson, Alison Brie, Nico Tortorella, Erik Knudsen, Adam Brody and Roger Jackson also star in the franchise reboot.
