When I saw WRECK-IT RALPH a few months ago, I got to witness the brilliant short film PAPERMAN on the big screen. The animated short is dialogue free and in black and white, two things that do not equate to much in front of a kid’s movie, but I felt lucky enough to see it. PAPERMAN is perfect.
I am not the only one who thinks so seeing as PAPERMAN has been nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film and I am pulling for it to win. Director John Kahrs combines 2D and 3D seamlessly into this excellent short.
If you can watch this and not feel any emotion, you are a robot. PAPERMAN will be hitting Blu-ray with the release of WRECK-IT RALPH on March 5th.
