Although I was glad that a sequel to ZOMBIELAND was finally made after ten years, I didn't manage to get out to see ZOMBIELAND: DOUBLE TAP when it was in theatres. Thankfully, a home video release is right around the corner – the film will be reaching 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on January 21st, and copies can be purchased at THIS LINK.
To promote the upcoming release, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has gone ahead and put the first 10 minutes of ZOMBIELAND: DOUBLE TAP online. If you haven't seen the movie yet, or if you did see it and you're anxious to relive those first 10 minutes again as soon as possible, check out the video embedded below and see how DOUBLE TAP gets started.
Directed by ZOMBIELAND director Ruben Fleischer from a screenplay by Dave Callaham and returning screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, DOUBLE TAP brings the first film's stars Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Abigail Breslin, and Emma Stone back in a story that finds
Tallahassee, Columbus, Little Rock, and Wichita working together as a well-oiled, zombie-killing machine with a new home in the now-vacant White House. These four slayers must face off against the many new kinds of zombies that have evolved since the first movie, as well as some new human survivors. But most of all, they have to face the growing pains of their own snarky, makeshift family.
New additions to the cast include Rosario Dawson, Zoey Deutch, Luke Wilson, Avan Jogia, and Thomas Middleditch.
