In this new clip from the upcoming haunted house thriller THE DISAPPOINTMENTS ROOM, Kate Beckinsale has an unexpected encounter in the titular room. I hope this flick is good, mainly because I always feel for movies with titles that make it so easy to write a negative review. Unfortunately this clip doesn't seem like much more than generic ghostly action. But you can check it out for yourself below!

one family’s terror-filled encounter within their own home. Looking for a fresh start, Dana and David, together with their 5-year-old son Jeremy, move into their dream house, a beautiful old rural home. Hidden within the attic was a secret room.
