Volumes of Blood III announced, will be the final chapter

I have been quite vocal here on AITH about my love for the horror-anthology series VOLUMES OF BLOOD. The first film is a hoot and gets special mention for taking place all within a library. The follow-up, VOLUMES OF BLOOD: HORROR STORIES was a ton of fun as well.

If you are like me and dig the series, then you will be pleased to know that the series producer PJ Starks has just announced there will be a VOLUMES OF BLOOD III, and it will be the "final chapter." Not only that, but he says he has a "killer concept" conceived.

Bring it on!

After recently discussing what our next move should be, Eric & I decided it makes sense to finish out the Volumes of Blood trilogy. So it appears that VOB3 will be our next film. I've conceived a killer concept for the final chapter. A lot still has to be nailed down, but at least we have a game plan when it comes time for pre-production.

While there has yet to be an official announcement on the new film's title, might I suggest, VOLUMES OF BLOOD: THE FINAL CHAPTER? Some of my favorite horror movies are labeled "The Final Chapter", and as a bonus, if the filmmakers feel they want to say, "f*ck it", and make yet another sequel, then that's all good because that is what we fans expect after "The Final Chapter.”

But in all seriousness, VOLUMES OF BLOOD: THE FINAL CHAPTER is a badass title.
