Vin Diesel’s Bloodshot has been revealed in action-figure form

More often than not, it's not leaked photos from the set which spoil the appearance of a character, it's those damn toys. As manufacturers need to get the ball rolling as soon as they possibly can, we typically see action-figures, LEGO sets, and things of that nature pop up long before the film is actually released. Vin Diesel has a potential new franchise on with way with BLOODSHOT, which is based on the Valiant comic-series of the same name, but we really haven't seen much of the actor suited up at the hero, who has a very distinctive shade of gray skin as well as glowing red eyes in the comics.

Fans finally got a much better look at Vin Diesel as Ray Garrison at New York Comic-Con thanks to a Todd McFarlane Toys action-figure, which you can check out below.

If you were expecting anything other than a red-eyed, gray-skinned Vin Diesel, well, you might be disappointed. I'll have to wait and see how he looks in live-action before I pass any judgement. The upcoming film follows Marine Ray Garrison (Diesel), who is resurrected by a secret team of scientists and he and his wife are murdered. "Enhanced with nanotechnology, he becomes a superhuman, biotech killing machine – Bloodshot. As Ray first trains with fellow super-soldiers, he cannot recall anything from his former life. But when his memories flood back and he remembers the man that killed both him and his wife, he breaks out of the facility hellbent on revenge, only to discover that there’s more to the conspiracy than he originally thought." In addition to Diesel, BLOODSHOT also stars Eiza Gonzalez (BABY DRIVER), Sam Heughan (Outlander), Talulah Riley (Westworld), Alex Hernandez (Hemlock Grove), Toby Kebbell (KONG: SKULL ISLAND), Lamorne Morris (New Girl), and Guy Pearce (MARY QUEEN OF SCOTS).

BLOODSHOT will hit theaters on February 21, 2020, so we should probably start seeing something more official regarding the film before too long.
