Goosebumps 2 officially called Goosebumps: Haunted Halloween

I don't know about you guys but I was a major fan of R.L. Stine's GOOSEBUMPS book series as a kid and I was a big fan of the recent movie starring Jack Black as well. And so it's with this in mind that I'm really looking forward to the upcoming sequel which as of today we know the official title of!

Yes, GOOSEBUMPS 2 is now officially called GOOSEBUMPS: HAUNTED HALLOWEEN and none other than Slappy the dummy brought us the news over on the official Goosebumps Twitter account. GOOSEBUMPS (2015) synopsis:

Upset about moving from the big city to a small town, young Zach Cooper (Dylan Minnette) finds a silver lining when he meets his beautiful neighbor Hannah (Odeya Rush). The teen is surprised to learn that Hannah's mysterious father is R.L. Stine (Jack Black), the famous author of the best-selling "Goosebumps" series. When Zach accidentally unleashes the monsters from the fantastic tales, it's up to Stine, his daughter and Cooper to return the beasts back to the books where they belong.

The film is directed by Ari Sandel and stars Madison Iseman, Ben O'Brien, Caleel Harris, Jeremy Ray Taylor, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Ken Jeong, and Chris Parnell. It hits October 12th, 2018.
