The silver ball wizards at Stern Pinball are teasing something spectacular for the game company’s next pinball machine with an interactive experience based on Marvel‘s Venom! Stern Pinball posted a new video (below) teasing its upcoming table, which we’ve heard is appearing at San Diego Comic-Con next week. Stern’s Venom pinball machine has been rumored as the next table from Brian Eddy, with the production of the table getting bumped by James Bond in the line of anticipated products.

Details about Stern Pinball’s Venom pinball machine remain a mystery, though we know it’s a Brian Eddy design with artwork by Zombie Yeti. A Venom pinball machine is Stern’s third most hyped pinball project, with Jaws and Back to the Future occupying the top two slots. Other licensed properties in the Kineticist Hype Index include tables for Top Gun, Tron, Ozzy Osbourne, Pokemon, Van Halen, Black Sabbath, The Goonies, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, Beetlejuice, Evil Dead, Harry Potter, and more.

Stern has a variety of new pinball tables in various stages of production, including machines inspired by Jurassic Park, Deadpool, Star Wars: The Mandalorian, Avengers: Infinity Quest, Godzilla, Elvira’s House of Horrors, and the rock bands Iron Maiden and Rush. Each table features unique game mechanics, obstacles, and twists inspired by the property they represent. Stern Pinball is known throughout the gaming community for developing some of the best tables on the market. They’ve been manufacturing arcade games since 1977 and always find ways to make their games memorable.

The Foo Fighters inspired Stern Pinball’s latest game. According to Stern’s official website, the machines bring the Foo Fighters concert experience home as players are immersed in an epic pinball adventure featuring 15 iconic songs spanning the band’s expansive catalog, including All My LifeBest of YouBreakoutEverlongHolding PoisonI’ll Stick AroundLearn to FlyMonkey WrenchMy HeroRunSomething from NothingThe PretenderThis is a CallTimes Like These, and Walk.

More than two years in the making and with creative input from the band’s own Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett, Rami Jaffee, and the late, great Taylor Hawkins, Stern’s Foo Fighters is a top-shelf pinball machine—and so much more.

In the coming weeks, Marvel fans will be eager to learn more about Stern Pinball’s Venom pinball machine. If and when the game touches down at San Diego Comic-Con, perhaps we’ll discover how the sharp-toothed symbiote’s game will play and perform.
