GET OUT writer-director Jordan Peele's high-profile THE TWILIGHT ZONE revival on CBS All-Access will be debuting its premiere episodes on April Fool's Day (or will it?). And today we have two new trailers for the show's individual episodes "Nightmare at 30,000 Feet" and "The Comedian."
Adam Scott stars in the first trailer for "Nightmare at 30,000 Feet", which if you somehow didn't already know, is a remake of the classic Twilight Zone story Nightmare at 20,000 Feet starring William Shatner as a man convinced there is a "gremlin" on the wing of his plane. The story was then remade by MAD MAX writer-director George Miller in THE TWILIGHT ZONE: THE MOVIE starring John Lithgow. But it doesn't look like Scott will be battling with a gremlin this time around. So what then? Who knows. But I'll sure be there to find out on April 1st.
Kumail Nanjiani stars in the second trailer for "The Comedian" alongside Tracy Morgan as a man that seems to be offering the titular comedian a chance to be extremely successful… if he sells his soul… or his dog… or something like that. Again, not quite sure what's going on in this episode as the trailer is more intriguing than spoilerific. Check out both of the new trailers below and then let us know what you think!
THE TWILIGHT ZONE is produced by CBS Television Studios in association with Peele’s Monkeypaw Productions and Simon Kinberg’s Genre Films. Peele and Kinberg serve as executive producers along with Win Rosenfeld, Audrey Chon, Glen Morgan, Carol Serling, Rick Berg, and Greg Yaitanes. The first two episodes will be released on April 1st. Another episode will follow every Thursday beginning April 11. If that's just too long for you to wait for more tales of the strange and unbelievable, then you can head on over to CBS All Access tonight and stream every episode of the original series.
