Tristan Risk, Nicholas Wilder join Gut director Elias’ thriller A.

Last Updated on July 22, 2021

Clayface Pictures has inked a co-production deal with The October People to produce the supernatural thriller A., with GUT director Elias set to helm from his original script and The October People's Matt Medisch, John Portanova, and Jeremy Berg producing. We've also learned that AMERICAN MARY's Tristan Risk and Nicholas Wilder (GUT) are set to star.

"A." centers on Elton, a man plagued by visions of his dead 4-year-old sister, which pull him deeper into a world where his obsession brings her back to life as an adult woman with dire consequences.

I dug Elias' 2012 indie GUT and am curious to see what he delivers with A. The addition of Tristan Risk to the cast is intriguing as well as Risk has begun to carve out quite the name for herself within our beloved genre.

Producer Matt Medisch shares…

"Elias' script grabbed us right away with its personal style and dark, vivid imagery. We're thrilled to help him bring his vision to the screen."

Shooting is planned for late Spring 2015, with the film to be lensed by Berg.

You can check out some early concept art for A. above and below. More on A. as we hear it.
