Tripper coming home


After a disappointing attempt to get his movie seen across the country, David Arquette will now be relying on DVD sales in order for his film, THE TRIPPER, to be seen. The movie will be hitting DVD shelves this October 23rd, but I just wonder how many locations will be carrying the DVD.

It was a bumpy ride for Arquette’s directorial debut, as he struggled to find a distributor for his film and had to rely on a grass-roots campaign to spread the word of mouth. But in the end the film only made a few stops at theatres around the country.

The film follows a group of stoners who set off into the woods for a Woodstock-esk concert. But a psycho-killer who looks a lot like Ronald Reagan cuts their good times short.
