A trailer has arrived online (and can be seen above) for THE 100 CANDLES GAME, which was produced by Black Mandala with Nicolas Onetti on board as the Creative Director. Written by Guillermo Lockhart and novelist Mauro Croche, the film brings nine directors together to tell the following story:
A group of friends must confront their fears in a terrifying game. They must sit by the other players in a circle made of a hundred candles, take one of them and tell a horror story. As stories are told and candles get blown, strange events will start to happen. They will feel strange presences around them, lurking in the shadows. But they MUST NOT leave the game or else a terrible curse will fall upon them…
Lockhart directed the wrap-around story, which stars Amy Smart, Magui Bravi, Clara Kovacic, James Wright, and Agustin Olcese. The other directors who contributed to the project are Onetti, Victor Catala, Daniel Ruebesam, Tony Morales, Nicholas Peterson, Oliver Garland, Brian Deane, and Christopher West.
Luz Champane and Amparo Espinola are also in the cast.
