Back in March of this year, the crew of Nerdist Presents teamed with actor Tommy Wiseau to present his Joker audition tape to the world. Now, in honor of the worldwide release of BEST F(R)IENDS VOLUME 1 on Digital and On Demand this September 25th, THE ROOM stars Tommy Wiseau and Greg Sestero are back for a re-enactment of the iconic interrogation scene from director Christopher Nolan's THE DARK KNIGHT. In the scene, Wiseau once again dons the legendary look of Heath Ledger's Joker, while Sestero suits up as the Caped Crusader himself. Together, both deliver an unforgettable performance as The World's Greatest Detective and the Harlequin of Hate. The scene is positively bonkers, in the best way possible, with both Wiseau and Sestero giving their all to the iconic DC characters.

As it happens, I recently sat down for an exclusive fireside chat with both Wiseau and Sestero, where we talked all about the first volume of their new two-part crime thriller, BEST F(R)IENDS. In the interview, both actors wax rhapsodic about everything from the road trip that inspired the film to killer clowns and acting alongside cadavers in a real-life morgue, plus a whole lot more. The coverage goes live tomorrow, so be sure to swing back around and check it out.
Directed and written by Greg Sestero, BEST F(R)IENDS VOLUME 1 tells the story of when a drifter befriends a quirky mortician, and an unlikely business partnership is formed. Paranoia soon develops, however, and both men are forced to come to terms with the fragility of friendship and loyalty.
