Ian Livingstone, current Product Acquisitions Director for juggernaut video game publisher Eidos/SCi, who’s currently working on the next gen installment of the Tomb
Raider game franchise, recently spoke to Eurogamer about the possibility of a third film adaptation, possibly with Angelina Jolie reprising her role as the series’ famed
giant-chested British adventurer Lara Croft. According to Livingstone, “There’s a possibility – we’ve been talking to Paramount, who’ve agreed to
assign a scriptwriter. That’s nowhere near the green-light process but it’s a very healthy start to have a scriptwriter which they’re going to pay serious amounts of money to
write the first script.” Yeah, getting Jolie to return would be more wishful thinking that a genuine possibility, methinks, but why look to the past when current Lara Croft model Karima Adebibe is doing such a bang up job of
representing the busty treasure hunter? Read more of what Livingstone had to say, including what we can expect from the new and improved Lara on next gen consoles,
