One of the most legendary special effects make-up artists in history, Tom Savini is set to release his official biography this fall. From growing up a “Monster Kid” in Pittsburgh to creating the iconic effects in Dawn of the Dead, Friday the 13th, Creepshow and Maniac to acting in films like From Dusk Till Dawn and Machete, Tom’s astonishing career is told in detail for the first time ever in his official biography, Savini, which is set to be released on his birthday, November 3rd, 2019.
With over 425 color photos from his life and films, dozens never seen before, the beautiful limited-edition coffee table book is every horror collector’s Holy Grail.
