During an interview with HeyUGuys at the premiere for his upcoming film, ONWARD, Tom Holland was asked about Spider-Man's future and the actor he's in the know but has been programmed to not reveal anything:
I know everything now. I had my big pitch meeting with Marvel and Sony about two weeks ago and I know all the secrets. But I’ve also done about a thousand interviews so I know how not to spoil a movie anymore!
It has been a running joke that Holland's eagerness for being a part of the MCU has resulted in him running off at the mouth about the projects when he probably was supposed to keep things under wraps. Since beginning his tenure as Spider-Man in CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR, Holland's earned himself an infamous reputation for spoiling key MCU movie details in interviews. Marvel appears to be very aware of this because Holland wasn't allowed to read the full scripts for INFINITY WAR or ENDGAME and he was paired Benedict Cumberbatch during the INFINITY WAR press tour so that the veteran actor could act as a babysitter of sorts for Holland so he wouldn't reveal key details.
All jokes aside, Marvel also clearly values Tom Holland in a big way because he was very instrumental in helping Marvel and Sony reach a new deal to keep Spider-Man in the MCU and he quickly became a fan-favorite in the role, largely because he seems 100% invested in doing what's right for the character. Holland is young and has a youthful enthusiasm that may result in saying too much but I'm sure Marvel and the powers that be are ok with a few slips considering what he brings to the table.
