We're two weeks away from seeing Ryan Reynolds play the role he was born for. DEADPOOL follows a former Special Forces operative turned mercenary is subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers. The bulk of you know that already, but did you know that we may have a director's cut on our hands that pushes the boundaries even further? That's what TJ Miller states in this short clip uploaded to Twitter by user James (from Essex).
Getting an R-rated DEADPOOL to theaters was a challenge all on its own, so to think we may have something even more gritty on our hands come the Blu-ray/DVD release is pretty exciting. I mean, I'm willing to bet it's just a few short bits here and there, but you never know. When you're given the opportunity to make a DEADPOOL movie and knowing the market for director's cuts on Blu-ray, I'm sure you go all out! At least, that's what I'm hoping director Tim Miller did!
DEADPOOL opens on February 12th.
