A teaser trailer has been released for the third season of the Netflix series Stranger Things, but you shouldn't go into it expecting to see any footage from the upcoming season. All this teaser has to offer is the sight of words appearing on the screen – and yet it's still interesting, because those words are the titles of all eight of the season's episodes.
While the show's title forms and the theme music plays, these titles are revealed:
Suzie, Do You Copy?
The Mall Rats
The Case of the Missing Lifeguard
The Sauna Test
The Source
The Birthday
The Bite
The Battle of Starcourt
A video released this past summer informed us that "Starcourt" is the Starcourt Mall, opening in Hawkins, Indiana during the summer of 1985 – which happens to be where and when the new season of Stranger Things is set, giving its characters the chance to become "mall rats".
Stranger Things 3 stars returning actors Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Caleb McLaughlin, Sadie Sink, Gaten Matarazzo, Noah Schnapp, Dacre Montgomery, Charlie Heaton, Natalia Dyer, Joe Keery, Priah Ferguson, Cara Buono, Winona Ryder, and David Harbour, along with new additions Francesca Reale, Maya Hawke, Jake Busey, and Cary Elwes.
The new season will be released through the Netflix streaming service sometime in 2019.
