Although we missed out on seeing the big green guy in CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR, it looks like his upcoming appearance in THOR: RAGNAROK will make up for it. Mark Ruffalo will star alongside Chris Hemsworth in THOR: RAGNAROK which Ruffalo has previously described as "an intergalactic buddy road movie with Banner and Thor." While speaking with Entertainment Tonight to promote NOW YOU SEE ME 2, Ruffalo was asked what fans should expect from Hulk this time around.
"I think it will be smashing. You'll see a lot more Hulk in this one" said Mark Ruffalo before his NOW YOU SEE ME 2 co-star Woody Harrelson interrupted to ask if Hulk will be even "Hulk-ier" in THOR: RAGNAROK. "The Hulk gets Hulk-ier. The Hulk Hulks out. Hulk-ier and bigger" was Ruffalo's reply. More Hulk can never be a bad thing, especially when those scenes take place on new and exotic worlds. Marvel officially announced the cast for THOR: RAGNAROK just last week, confirming Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, Jeff Goldblum as the Grandmaster, Karl Urban as Skurge the Executioner and Cate Blanchett as Hela. Ruffalo seemed very excited by Blanchett's role as the films powerful new villain and he offered up this tease:
She plays the worst of the worst. So evil. She is going to kill us. It's such a great part she gets to play.
THOR: RAGNAROK will premiere for us mortals on November 3, 2017.
