UPDATE: Well shit, thanks a lot Internet. Just when I thought I had a nice scoop I am told I have done crapped the bed again. Here is the proof of the JURASSIC PARK IV poster being proved a fake.
With JURASSIC PARK IV sure to have a presence at Comic Con next week in some capacity, it appears a teaser poster for the movie may have leaked online. MovieWeb shared the poster along with the following comment from the anonymous user who shared it:
“A friend of mine works for Amblin Entertainment, and he told me that a teaser poster will be released soon for the 2015 blockbuster, Jurassic Park IV. I didn’t believed him, so he just sent me a picture from the poster, without any comment. It seems valid, but I don’t know for sure. I think it will come to light soon!”
The poster doesn’t seem to be differentiating itself from the other films, which may lend some truth to the rumors it is a remake/reboot of the original JURASSIC PARK. The poster even features a classic line from the movie. It is a nice, if uninspired design, but does the trick that any good teaser does: it sets the tone and conveys the film without even needing to show the title. Plus, any time you don’t have to use the same dinosaur skull logo and still know it is JURASSIC PARK IV is a win.
JURASSIC PARK IV, directed by Colin Trevorrow, opens in 2015.
