This full frontal view of Fantastic Four’s The Thing is slightly disturbing

The newest look at Jamie Bell's The Thing from FANTASTIC FOUR comes in the form of a statue of the hero from an event in Spain, however it's not exactly clear where the picture was taken. But the image does answer the question Jason Lee's Brodie Bruce posed to Stan Lee in Kevin Smith's MALLRATS: The Thing's dork isn't made out of orange rock like the rest of his body because he doesn't have a dork. Or at least he doesn't in the Josh Trank-directed reboot. Poor bastard.

Obviously I don't think FANTASTIC FOUR is going to be awful just because The Thing apparently won't have a "thing" and probably won't be wearing pants or shorts in the reboot, but the image is still kind of creepy. And I'm sure the people who have already made their minds up about the yet-to-be-released film can't wait to share their thoughts on the latest look at Jamie Bell's "Ever-Lovin' Blue-Eyed Thing."
