These scans of Empire Magazine bring us a few new looks at The Dark Knight Rises

I’m starting to get the sense that THE DARK KNIGHT RISES is going to be huge in every way.  Huge in terms of box office, huge in terms of storytelling scope, huge in terms of character revelation and challenge, and huge in terms of cinematic resonance.  Each time we run an article on it I rewatch the trailers, because I just cannot escape the feeling that we’re in for something truly special and I want to preserve every moment that makes up that experience. 

On a side note, I love that you can see a certain feline-like quality in Catwoman’s walk even sans costume.  Anne Hathaway continues to allay my fears about her casting, and if she lives up even to half of the promise that has been demonstrated thus far I’d say we’ll have seen a pretty definitive performance on her part.  And I’m not just saying that because Jonathan Nolan said something similar, promise.
