Last Updated on July 30, 2021

So this is fun! Netflix has just revealed a new "It's a Wrap" trailer for the upcoming second season of the Henry Cavill (Man of Steel)-led epic fantasy-horror series The Witcher! And the show's production went through the ringer due to Covid, with multiple shut downs and delays. It makes sense to celebrate.

Here's the official synopsis:

15 locations, 89 cast members, and 1,200 crew members later, The Witcher has officially wrapped production on Season 2! Here’s a look behind-the-scenes at some of the excitement among the cast and crew – led by showrunner Lauren Schmidt Hissrich.

Convinced Yennefer’s (Anya Chalotra) life was lost at the Battle of Sodden, Geralt of Rivia (Henry Cavill) brings Princess Cirilla (Freya Allan) to the safest place he knows, his childhood home of Kaer Morhen. While the Continent’s kings, elves, humans and demons strive for supremacy outside its walls, he must protect the girl from something far more dangerous: the mysterious power she possesses inside.

Meanwhile, no official release date as of yet, but we'll keep you updated!

So what do you guys think? Fans of the show? If so, looking forward to the second season?
