Constance Wu has joined the cast of The Terminal List, a conspiracy thriller series for Amazon that is based on Jack Carr's best-selling novel. The series is slated to star Chris Pratt as James Reece, and Taylor Kitsch recently signed on last week.

The Terminal List centers around James Reece after his "entire platoon of Navy SEALs is ambushed during a high-stakes covert mission. Reece returns home to his family with conflicting memories of the event and questions about his culpability. However, as new evidence comes to light, Reece discovers dark forces working against him, endangering not only his life but the lives of those he love." Constance Wu will play Katie Buranek, "a risk-seeking war correspondent who uses her byline to speak truth to power. Katie left her desk at a prestigious news outlet to pursue high-impact stories on her own terms. Now at a crossroads in her career, Katie finds an unlikely ally in rogue Navy SEAL James Reece. She seeks to re-enter the mainstream by bringing the truth about Reece and the conspiracy he’s fighting against to light." As for Taylor Kitsch, he's set to play Ben Edwards, "a former SEAL and James Reece’s best friend. Now a member of CIA Ground Branch, Edwards uses his intelligence access and operator skillset to help Reece seek his vengeance." The series will be directed by Antoine Fuqua and written by David DiGilio, who also serves as showrunner and executive producer.
