When The Rock Tweets, we listen! Well, not all the time, but Dwayne Johnson continues to use the Twitter machine properly, interspersing some cool behind-the-scenes pics from his latest film, HERCULES: THE THRACIAN WARS with his usual scroll of positive reinforcement. The guy is just a beacon of positive energy and if nothing else, will likely carry this latest incarnation of the Greek god on his shoulders if director Brett Ratner's not up to task. Today, the actor shared another peek at his overall costume from the film, which looks to be very close to the comic-book, complete with Lion's head/mane headwear and giant freakin' billy club.
Take a look:
With ol' Dwayne Johnson just doing what he does these days it's enough to generate at least a semblance of interest. When he's not leaking sweat in the FAST AND FURIOUS movies, going psycho in PAIN AND GAIN, wrestling guys to the mat on WWE, or hosting his own reality competition show, The Hero, Johnson seems to be in constant pursuit of making the best of his career (which has come a long way since THE TOOTH FAIRY, let's be honest here). Glad to see him on the right track.
HERCULES: THE THRACIAN WARS, starring Johnson, Rufus Sewell, Ian McShane, John Hurt, Joseph Fiennes, Aksel Hennie, Tobias Santelmann, Irina Shayk, and Ingrid Bolsø Berdal hits theaters on July 25, 2014.
