The series, which is being labeled a "10 episode television event series" will riot and rampage its way onto our TV screens on USA Network beginning September 4th. And just to make matters complicated, the premiere and finale episodes will be simulcast on SYFY. Because, why not at this point?

As the clock winds down, each character is forced to reckon with their past as they discover how far they will go to survive the night.
THE PURGE: TV SERIES is executive produced by the film franchise creator James DeMonaco and led by Jason Blum. Additionally, the entire team behind the franchise are on board to executive produce: Michael Bay with Brad Fuller and Andrew Form under the Platinum Dunes banner and Sebastien K. Lemercier. Thomas Kelly serves as executive producer/showrunner of the series. Hemingway will also serve as executive producer on the premiere episode.
