Lionsgate has just unveiled a new trailer for their upcoming murder-mystery horror-thriller The Penthouse, which you view at the top of the article! Below is the official synopsis:
A man covering up a crime assumes a nosy neighbor may have seen what he did. He turns the neighbor's lives upside down to keep his secret. But is there more to his motive?
Meanwhile, The Penthouse – directed by Massimiliano Cerchi and starring Michael Paré, Nicholas Turturro, Vanessa Ore – will hit digital and DVD April 13th!
