The new GHOSTBUSTERS film has caused some division among fans, but here's something great everybody can agree upon: To promote the new film, the original 1984 GHOSTBUSTERS will be coming back to theaters. Fathom Events will host the screening in over 750 theaters on June 8th (the film's 34th anniversary) with an encore showing on June 12th.
Also beginning on the 8th, BBQ Films in Brooklyn will be hosting a three-night event where "they’ll be turning a giant warehouse into the GHOSTBUSTERS headquarters. Fans will be able to wear proton packs, slurp on an ecto-beverage, watch the original film and maybe fight off a ghost or two."
You can pick up GHOSTBUSTERS tickets RIGHT HERE and BBQ Films event tickets HERE.
