The Nice Guys’ Angourie Rice joins up with Spider-Man: Homecoming

SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING looks to be assembling one heck of an epic cast because it seems that not a day goes by when we don't hear about someone joining up with the Marvel/Sony partnership. Production on the film is currently underway in Atlanta and we've already seen a few setphotos emerge, but that doesn't mean that new members of the cast can't still be announced.

THR reports that Angourie Rice is the latest to join the cast of SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING but that, say it with me now, details about her character are being kept under wraps. Rice hasn't been active for all that long but her most recent work has been considered a bit of a breakout performance, she played Ryan Gosling's daughter in Shane Black's THE NICE GUYS. Angourie Rice will join Tom Holland, Robert Downey Jr., Marisa Tomei, Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Logan Marshall-Green, Tony Revolori, Kenneth Choi, Martin Starr, Donald Glover, Hannibal Buress, Abraham Attah, Tyne Daly, and many more in the upcoming Spidey flick.

SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING swings into theaters on July 7, 2017.
