The official synopsis reads,
In Marvel Studios’ The Marvels, Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree and taken revenge on the Supreme Intelligence. But unintended consequences see Carol shouldering the burden of a destabilized universe. When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become entangled with that of Jersey City super-fan Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, and Carol’s estranged niece, now S.A.B.E.R. astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. Together, this unlikely trio must team up and learn to work in concert to save the universe as The Marvels

The film stars Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris, Iman Vellani, Samuel L. Jackson, Zawe Ashton, and Park Seo-joon. Nia DaCosta has taken the helm with directing duties, and Kevin Feige is, of course, on board as the producer. Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Mary Livanos, and Matthew Jenkins serve as executive producers of this entry in the phase five film. The screenplay was written by Megan McDonnell, Nia DaCosta, Elissa Karasik, and Zeb Wells.

The trailer features appearances from a number of familiar faces, including the Kree race, which played a big role in the original Captain Marvel movie. Carol Danver’s flerken cat, Goose, also returns with what looks like a team with of whole litter of flerkens, which presumably also sprout the devastating tentacles that Goose does. Kamala’s family crosses over into the film as well.

Marvel Studios’ The Marvels hits U.S. theaters on November 10.
