The Grey scores one badass billboard poster featuring star Liam Neeson

Appearing in places everywhere as of today is the above billboard for THE GREY from director Joe Carnahan and starring Liam Neeson. (Click to enlarge)

The director himself tweeted the billboard with the announcement over the weekend, and I gotta say this is one badass poster and it easily does the trick of gaining someone’s attention. I am pretty pumped for this film and I can’t wait to check it out, I’ve heard some word of mouth that Neeson gives one of his best performances! Plus Carnahan is a pretty solid director and I’ll see anything his name is attached to.

Neeson leads an unruly group of oil-rig roughnecks when their plane crashes into the remote Alaskan wilderness. Battling mortal injuries and merciless weather, the survivors have only a few days to escape the icy elements – and a vicious pack of rogue wolves on the hunt – before their time runs out.

The film also stars Frank Grillo, Dermot Mulroney, Dallas Roberts, Joe Anderson, James Badge Dale and Nonso Anozie. Catch it January 27th, just a few weeks away!
