The Deep House first look image previews new film from Inside directors

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

A year has passed since we first heard that Inside (watch it HERE) directors Julien Maury and Alexandre Bustillo were working on a new film called The Deep House, and while it remains to be seen when The Deep House is going to get a worldwide release, a first look image has arrived online. This image, courtesy of our friends at Bloody-Disgusting, can be seen below.

The Deep House stars James Jagger and Camille Rowe. The synopsis:

A couple of YouTubers who specialize in underwater exploration videos dive in a remote french lake to discover a house submerged in the deep waters. What was initially a unique finding soon turns into a nightmare when they understand the house was the scene of atrocious crimes. Trapped, with their oxygen reserves falling dangerously, Tina and Ben realize the worst is yet to come: they are not alone in the house.

Radar Films and Apollo Films are planning to release The Deep House in France sometime in 2021.

I was blown away by Maury and Bustillo's Inside, so I'm always on board to see anything else they make. This one sounds intriguing, so hopefully we'll be hearing international distribution announcements very soon.

Maury and Bustillo also directed Livid, Among the Living, a segment of ABCs of Death 2, and the Texas Chainsaw Massacre prequel Leatherface.
