The Dark Knight fights around in the new trailer for The Lego Batman Movie

In the upcoming LEGO BATMAN MOVIE, the titular hero (Will Arnett) must not only deal with the criminals of Gotham City, but also the responsibility of raising a boy (Michael Cera) he adopted. The latest trailer features our largest look yet at the relationship between Batman and Robin, as well as what the Dark Knight is up against. Featuring some fantastic acting talent, I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a better Batman movie in recent times than this one! Check out the new trailer and see if you agree!

I think the LEGO medium is a great way to bring a new Batman story to the masses. This film is a comedy, first and foremost, but it does allow the filmmakers to insert whatever zany action sequences they want – sequences that couldn't be pulled off in the live-action realm. And like THE LEGO MOVIE that came before it, I'm sure we'll have a moment or two that tugs at the heart strings. Suffice it to say, I can't wait until THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE hits theaters!
