Ted Levine joins the cast of J.A. Bayona’s Jurassic World sequel

With production on J.A. Bayona's JURASSIC WORLD 2 set to kick off next month, the upcoming sequel is still putting together its cast and it seems that none other than Buffalo Bill himself will be its latest addition.

Variety reports that Ted Levine (THE SILENCE OF THE LAMBS) will be joining Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Rafe Spall, Toby Jones, Justice Smith and Daniella Pineda in JURASSIC WORLD 2. Most of the details about the plot and the new characters involved with the sequel are being kept under wraps, which naturally includes who Ted Levine will be playing. Oh well, it's still fun knowing that the gravelly voiced actor will be a part of our latest helping of dinosaur action. J.A. Bayona, who will be taking over the JURASSIC WORLD reins from Colin Trevorrow, has said that this second chapter of the JURASSIC WORLD trilogy will be "massive" and "way bigger than the last one."

JURASSIC WORLD 2 is set for a June 22, 2018 release.
