With a successful first season in the bag, A&E is already gearing up for its second season of "Bates Motel" as they've dished out some teaser artwork for the show. With season two already shooting I think we'll be seeing plenty more from A&E as things move a long, but until then, take peek at the promo art below! I'm kind of digging it. It's nothing special but it does feature that same creepy neon light design we've seen in the past. Dig it!
A modern re-imagining and prequel to the movie Psycho (1960), this story begins with the earlier years of a teenage Norman Bates and his mother Norma who live in an old house overlooking the adjoining motel which they are renovating. The house and hotel both come with secrets of their own as does the new town which the Bates’ now call home.
Freddie Highmore and Vera Farmiga are reprising their roles as Norman and Norma Bates and they will see newcomers Kathleen Robertson, Paloma Kwiatkowski and Michael Vartan join the series. New episodes will begin in early 2014. And while you're waiting for the second season be sure to pick up the first season right HERE on Blu-ray and DVD. Or, if you happen to be the digital type, you can always watch the series RIGHT HERE.
