An English-language remake of Ang Lee’s Eat Drink, Man Woman, Tortilla Soup is set in Los Angeles’ Latino community and explores the lives of a Mexican-American chef and his three unmarried daughters. The chef has become disillusioned and has lost his taste for food, but all that changes when he meets an attractive grandmother who takes an interest in him.
