A man’s first day out of prison should be a joyous occasion, but on this day Rob Douglas is a brother whose good luck is on “lock down” — just like he was in L.A. County Jail. Released after serving time for his second legal infraction, Rob’s first taste of freedom becomes a sour one when he becomes an unwitting accomplice in a car theft and a shoot out with the LAPD.
