Netflix has unveiled the official schedule for Stranger Things Day 2021, which outlines the special event’s features, in-store tie-in products, and more details related to Season 4 of the pop culture phenomenon.
It feels like an eternity since we last visited the bizarre town of Hawkins, and Stranger Things fans are chomping at the bit for the show to return. There are plenty of questions to be answered in the upcoming season, such as where Hopper ended up after seemingly traveling through a portal. Many are also wondering how the Byers family will return to the fold after packing their bags at the end of Season 3. It won’t be long now until we discover what happened, and are treated to new mysteries to unravel.
Per Netflix’s official press release for Stranger Things Day 2021:
On November 6, 1983, Will Byers went missing in Hawkins, Indiana. Long after the town gave up the search, his friends kept looking… and discovered a mysterious girl known only by a number: Eleven. She was alone, hunted, and extremely powerful. Eleven would stop at nothing to help them find their friend.
Today Stranger Things fans everywhere celebrate November 6 as ‘Stranger Things Day,’ a special day to share their love for the series. Here at Netflix, we’re observing November 6 by rolling out the red carpet for Stranger Things fans. We’ll be teasing new footage and exclusive content on our social channels, hosting live fan experiences, and introducing limited-edition merchandise online and in brick and mortar stores around the world.
