Oh, hell yeah. As if I needed yet another reason to be excited as hell about the upcoming release of Andy Muschietti's take on STEPHEN KING'S IT then this was it. Turns out the flick will be hitting IMAX!
Yes, the news was dropped by producer Barbara Muschietti on her Instagram account when she quite simply posted "IMAX, baby!" with the added bit, "Losers, We are coming out in IMAX !!!!!!!!!!!!!" and if that statement didn't contain enough confirmation for you (and exclamation marks) then I don't know what to tell you.
I for one know that I'll be hitting up the creeper Pennywise and the Loser's Club in IMAX, but what about you? Do you care if you view your horror flicks on an iPhone or on a towering cinema screen? What difference does it make in your eyes?
